Warranty-covered problems include stripped screws, broken nose pads, loose hinges, dislodged jewels or logos, and oxidation or discoloration. Things that may not be covered under our warranty include damage from excessive exposure to heat, cold, or water, rough handling, and improper cleaning. If your glasses frames are damaged and you're within your first year of ownership, call us and we can help you determine if they're covered under our warranty.
